GuacStar features mouth-watering plant-based versions of Mexican comfort food classics, created by Chef Rene Andrade. We have also introduce a craft cocktail program featuring artisan margaritas and an agave riff on some of the most popular cocktails of the past. The hip, contemporary environment showcases a fusion of customized raw materials and stylish décor including original paintings by local artist Iris Ortega.
